We do not offer return or exchange on our products. Please make sure of your purchases before completing the order.
This is due to the nature of most of the products on our website. Some products are custom made which are specially made and might not be of any use to others.
We only offer a refund or exchange in specific situations. These include receiving a product that does not match the description on our website. It also applies if you receive a wrong or defective product.
Please make a video of unpacking the order to ensure the receipt of incorrect item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation e-mail).
To raise a return request please write to us at info@giftgallery.in within 5 days of receiving the order with the unpacking video.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please write to us at info@giftgallery.in or call us on +91 63981 46069 within 5 days of receiving the order. After receiving a return confirmation, mail your product back to us. Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
We will first receive and inspect your returned item. Then, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are delivered in a defective or damaged condition.
